Picture a small but mighty design team tucked inside a fast-growing InsurTech company that began in Silicon Valley and now operates from Poland. We build the software and smart-home tools that are reshaping how Americans protect their homes, and every word we write helps turn complex insurance ideas into clear, friendly experiences.
The opportunity
We are looking for a senior Content Writer who will shape the voice of our products across every touchpoint a customer meets. You will sit within our twelve-person Design Team, report to the Head of Design, and partner daily with product designers, graphic designers, product managers, and growth marketers. Your work will directly influence how hundreds of thousands of users understand, choose, and manage their home-insurance policies.
A day in the life
- You open Figma each morning to craft concise UX microcopy for new lead forms, in-app notifications, and onboarding flows, then review the same screens with a product designer to make sure every sentence feels effortless.
- After lunch you switch hats and write the headline and supporting copy for a social campaign that turns curious visitors into qualified leads, checking performance data in the afternoon to see what resonates.
- Before you log off you gather quick feedback from a product manager, refine a benefits page that explains complicated coverage options in plain language, and schedule the approved content for release across web and mobile.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of hands-on experience shaping both UX writing and marketing copy for digital products. Your portfolio demonstrates commercial work on apps, complex forms, landing pages, emails, and ads, and it shows you can move smoothly between short interface strings and longer campaign narratives. You write fluent, natural English at a C1 or C2 level and feel confident simplifying insurance concepts for a broad American audience. You are comfortable in Figma, can present your ideas persuasively to non-writers, and enjoy the independence of being the sole content designer on the team. Experience with US stakeholders or the insurance sector is a welcome bonus, as is a knack for American English idioms and cultural nuances.
