We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid and open to candidates based in the United Kingdom or the United States.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers, researchers, and developers to craft conversational flows that help users manage their finances and engage with our AI.
- Contribute to the Bundles and Payments teams by designing content that supports subscription offerings and seamless money movement.
- Analyze user interactions and generate data to train our large language models, ensuring they maintain our distinct tone of voice while meeting strategic goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Content Design or UX Writing with a portfolio that showcases your ability to write for digital products.
- A degree in a relevant field such as English, Linguistics, Communications, Psychology, or Business.
- Proven ability to use data, research, and strategic thinking to inform your design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with the flexibility to adapt your writing style to different mediums and audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong interest in working with AI and new technologies.
What we offer
