About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing department to produce engaging, high-quality visual assets for our blog, social media channels, industry reports, and various events. This is a hybrid position that requires approximately 20 hours of work per week, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you stay connected through our weekly virtual design reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a wide range of design assets, including bespoke imagery, motion graphics, infographics, and product mock-ups, while ensuring all work aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content marketing manager to manage the design pipeline, meet deadlines, and contribute creative concepts that elevate our visual presence across all platforms.
- Support our commercial and sales teams by creating compelling pitch decks, sales presentations, and Figma prototypes that demonstrate the integration of our products within client interfaces.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio that highlights your craft and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with professional design experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally within the B2B space. You should be comfortable taking direction from various stakeholders, including writers and marketing managers, and be highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion design is also required. We value optimists who thrive on feedback, adapt easily to shifting priorities, and excel at building rapport with team members.
