We are looking for a creative Content / Design Intern to join our team for a hybrid internship running from January 20, 2025, to May 9, 2025. Magnet is a creative studio with two decades of experience helping major global brands like Google, IBM, and Airbnb connect with audiences through high-quality video, podcasts, and social media content. We are passionate about the intersection of storytelling and data, and we are looking for a student who is eager to learn how to drive real business results through digital media.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling digital assets for our social media channels while strictly adhering to our established brand style guides.
- Support our design efforts by assisting with weekly newsletters, blog posts, and various site downloads.
- Help our team with social media planning, scheduling, and posting across our primary platforms.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, communications, or design. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. You should have a foundational understanding of social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram. Additionally, you should possess basic graphic design skills and be familiar with photo and video editing tools. Experience with platforms like Canva, HubSpot, or Google Analytics is considered a strong asset. Please note that you must be eligible to receive college credit to participate in this internship, and you should be prepared to provide a portfolio of your previous work.
