The role

We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position for an experienced marketing leader who will shape how the market understands AI consulting and drive revenue growth through strategic, data-informed programs.

Core responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and directly supports revenue goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring key roles and mentoring existing team members to foster excellence across the function.
• Own pipeline generation by developing multi-channel demand generation programs, optimizing ABM, SEO, paid media, email, and content-driven initiatives while leveraging AI technologies to improve targeting and conversion.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with 15 or more years of marketing leadership experience, including at least five years in a VP or CMO role at a B2B services, consulting, or technology company. You should bring a proven record of category creation, thought leadership, and scaling demand generation to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Deep expertise in enterprise B2B marketing, account-based marketing, and sales enablement within complex, high-value deal environments is essential. Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills are required, along with a history of mentoring marketing leaders and building scalable teams. Experience marketing AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions is a plus. You should be comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in an entrepreneurial setting, using data to guide decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership.

Compensation and benefits

We offer equity compensation along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with the company covering 100 percent of employee premiums and 50 percent for dependents.
