Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative on a full-time, junior-level basis. The position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Your impact
- Identify and research high-intent accounts, then reach out through email, phone, and LinkedIn to spark quality conversations that turn into meetings for our sales teams and partners.
- Qualify prospects quickly using tools like 6Sense, Salesforce, and Outreach so every meeting you book is relevant and timely.
- Collaborate daily with marketing and sales teammates, sharing insights from the front lines to sharpen messaging and hit team targets.
What you'll need
Strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple outreach channels while staying organized. You should be comfortable learning new technology quickly and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. One to two years of sales or business-development experience is required; technology or software sales exposure is a plus. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools such as Outreach, Marketo, or 6Sense is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience rounds out the profile. Fluency in English is essential.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $48,000, and you can earn commissions up to 20 % of on-target earnings.
