The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is driven to succeed and eager to grow their career in sales. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality pipeline opportunities through proactive outreach rather than administrative support. You will play a vital role in our growth by connecting with prospective customers and setting the stage for our field sales representatives to succeed.

Core responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities by utilizing cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
  • Collaborate closely with 5 to 8 assigned field sales representatives to book qualified, sales-ready appointments that meet our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all conversations and outreach efforts within our CRM system to ensure data integrity and effective follow-up.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should be a coachable and resilient communicator who thrives in a metrics-driven environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales or BDR role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak with decision-makers over the phone.
  • A competitive mindset and a proven ability to work effectively with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English.
