The opportunity
We are searching for a tenacious and articulate Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital first point of contact for prospective clients, building rapport and helping them understand how our platform can transform their operations. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executives. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to grow your career while making a tangible impact on the future of healthcare.
A day in the life
- You will reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and social channels to nurture relationships and secure meetings for our sales team.
- You will research and prospect into organizations that align with our strategic goals, constantly experimenting with new outreach methods to find what works best.
- You will support the sales process by ensuring a seamless hand-off for prospective clients and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Who you are
You are a driven and creative problem solver who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You possess a genuine passion for technology and a desire to improve patient outcomes. Your background and skills include:
- Experience or education within the health sciences space.
- Flawless written and spoken communication skills, with a high level of comfort communicating over the phone or via Zoom.
- A competitive, confident, yet humble approach to your work.
- Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is considered a significant asset.
- Fluency in English.
