About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will focus exclusively on business development activities that support the growth and impact of our firm. You will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, supporting client pursuits, and strengthening our external brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to Market and Client Leaders to achieve top-line growth targets, including personally identifying qualified opportunities totaling $3.0M in net fees annually.
- Oversee a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while maintaining a Lost Not Shortlisted percentage at or below 20%.
- Collaborate with the Office Practice Leader and the broader business development team to implement best practices for client pursuit, retention, and omnichannel market strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
- Proven track record of developing significant relationships that expand the opportunity pipeline.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and execute high-level strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, and the ability to travel as needed is required.
