Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a high-impact role focused on driving the growth of our office and firm through strategic client engagement and market expansion.
Your impact
- Drive Top-Line Growth: You will guide market leaders in developing new business opportunities to achieve a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth, while personally identifying qualified opportunities totaling $3.0M in net fees annually.
- Master Pipeline Management: You will oversee a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining a volume that consistently meets or exceeds three times the office's annual net signed fee, while keeping our "Lost Not Shortlisted" percentage at or below 20%.
- Champion Best Practices: You will collaborate with our leadership teams to implement effective pursuit strategies, mentor staff on client engagement, and act as an evangelist for our CRM processes to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
What you'll need
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
- A proven ability to build significant professional relationships and develop effective marketing business plans.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and execute high-level strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- A willingness to travel as required by the role.
