We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Leader to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. Responsibilities
- Drive top-line growth by guiding market leaders in developing new business opportunities, with a personal goal of identifying $3.0M in net fees annually.
- Manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while overseeing intelligence gathering and pre-positioning strategies to ensure our success rate remains high.
- Collaborate across our firm to implement best practices in client pursuit, proposal development, and networking, while mentoring emerging leaders in the process.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing business plans and building significant client relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and execute high-level strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.
