Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader I to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our growth strategy, mentor emerging talent, and expand our reach across our core markets.
Your impact
- Drive top-line growth by guiding market leaders in developing new business opportunities and personally identifying qualified leads to meet significant annual fee targets.
- Master the art of pre-positioning and intelligence gathering by maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and ensuring our pursuit strategies consistently outperform industry benchmarks.
- Foster collaboration across the firm by partnering with office practice leaders and the marketing team to implement best practices for client retention and strategic pursuits.
What you'll need
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
- A proven track record of building meaningful relationships that translate into a healthy, active opportunity pipeline.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and execute complex growth strategies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to authentic, respectful engagement.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to travel as needed.
