Role at a glance
This is a full-time Business Development Intern position based on-site in Berlin. While this is an internship, we are looking for a senior-level mindset and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be working directly with founders and a talented, multicultural team to shape the future of our pet insurance offerings.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our partnership program by building and managing relationships with breeders and dog trainers.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns while refining our referral strategy to drive growth.
- Partner with our sales team to create compelling outreach materials and strategies tailored specifically for the German market.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should be a current student or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. We value problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to your work. Because you will be operating across borders, you must be fluent in both German and English. Please note that you must have valid authorization to work within the EU to be considered for this position.
