Business Development Account Representative at Nasafcu

NASA Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Business Development Account Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. We are a prominent financial institution committed to expanding our reach and serving our members with integrity. In this role, you will play a vital part in growing our field of membership by building strong, profitable relationships with target companies, associations, and their ambassadors. You will be the face of our credit union, promoting our products and services through networking events, community fairs, and educational sessions. Please note that this position requires frequent travel by car, and candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, or Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new prospects and referral sources while maintaining existing relationships to ensure consistent growth.
• Manage marketing data and sales leads using our internal systems to track activity, analyze performance, and maximize your outreach efficiency.
• Conduct engaging presentations and seminars for groups of up to 50 people to showcase our financial services and establish our reputation as an industry leader.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience or training, with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for daily operations and reporting.
• Proven ability to perform market assessments and competitor analyses to help shape our strategic sales plans.
• Comfort and experience delivering professional presentations to large groups.
