Role at a glance
This is a Senior level Full Time position. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world, provided you can coordinate effectively across different time zones. We are looking for a marketing expert who is fluent in English and ready to take ownership of our growth initiatives.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing frameworks that deliver measurable ROI across our key verticals.
- Design and lead innovative Web3 incentive campaigns, including NFT integrations, to drive user acquisition and engagement for our partners.
- Serve as a strategic consultant for our partners, helping them refine their go-to-market plans and solve complex growth challenges.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of creative marketing expertise and deep technical knowledge of the blockchain space. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-funnel campaign management, ideally with a background in Web3 or gaming.
- A strong grasp of the Web3 user journey and the unique challenges of cross-platform growth.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to work autonomously while maintaining a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for global partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio of past work, as we will require a case study and presentation during the interview process.
