The role
We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to join our Marketing team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will report to our Senior Brand Designer and collaborate daily with marketers, product teams and leadership across our hubs in Auckland, Queenstown, Sydney, London and New York.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the design of campaigns, website content, events, partnerships and branded merchandise, ensuring every asset reflects our visual identity and delights the world’s best marketers and agencies.
- Apply data-informed validation, design systems and brand guidelines to create scalable digital, print and experiential work that adapts to multiple markets and local cultures.
- Partner with the wider marketing team to translate strategic objectives into clear, joyful creative outputs that elevate how brand marketing is perceived inside ambitious organisations.
Skills and experience
You bring at least five years of graphic or digital design experience from either an in-house brand team or an agency. You are fluent in Figma and the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and you communicate comfortably in English. Experience with video editing or 3D rendering is an advantage. You can demonstrate how you have used data to validate design decisions, worked inside design systems and brand guidelines, and crafted UX/UI that creates seamless customer experiences. Strategic thinking and an understanding of designing for multiple markets and cultural contexts are essential.
