Brand Designer at Scale AI

At Scale AI, we are dedicated to accelerating the development of artificial intelligence by providing high-quality training data and infrastructure. We partner with industry leaders, including OpenAI, Meta, and Microsoft, as well as government agencies and global enterprises, to solve complex challenges and build transformative models. Our Interactive Brand Studio is a focused team of six professionals responsible for the design and development of our digital presence and the creation of original visual content. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join us on-site in the United States to help evolve our brand identity as we continue to push the boundaries of AI innovation.

Key outcomes

• Craft high-quality branded assets for both print and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all internal and external communications.
• Partner with our Communications Team to translate complex messaging strategies into cohesive visual narratives that support our campaigns and content initiatives.
• Collaborate with the broader Brand Team to refine and expand our design system to meet cross-functional communication goals.
• Work alongside partners in Marketing, Sales, and Office operations to clarify project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Serve as a brand advocate by ensuring intentional and consistent application of our standards across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects effectively within a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in brand design.
• A portfolio that showcases your ability to apply hierarchy, color, and form effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to use sketching to ideate and iterate on concepts quickly.
• A genuine interest in the field of AI.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability in illustration.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Background in web design.

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $116,000 to $140,000 USD. In addition to base pay, eligible employees are granted equity-based compensation subject to board approval.
