We are looking for a skilled Senior Brand Designer to join our marketing team at WalkMe. We are currently transforming the way organizations engage with technology, and we need a creative professional to help us tell our story. This is a temporary position based in Israel, offered in a hybrid work model, with an initial six-month term and the possibility of an extension.
Key outcomes
- Produce high-quality digital marketing assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, website elements, and display advertisements.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling infographics and professional presentations.
- Safeguard our brand identity by ensuring all visual materials remain consistent and aligned with our standards.
- Partner with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that drive results.
- Design and optimize landing pages and user interfaces to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Create platform-specific content for social media, including video editing, animations, and GIFs.
- Handle multiple design projects concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in digital design and brand development.
- Three to five years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within an advertising or marketing environment.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong proficiency in Figma to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- A solid foundation in UI/UX design principles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate ideas and incorporate feedback clearly.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with After Effects is considered a significant advantage.
