Brand Designer at StarkNet

We are looking for someone to help us tell our story to the world as we continue to build out our ecosystem.

What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a multidisciplinary position that requires a balance of high-level strategy and hands-on production work. As our second design hire, you will work closely with our Head of Design to build our internal design function and define our visual identity. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who enjoys being a key individual contributor while also helping to shape the creative direction of a growing organization.

What will you do?

• Partner with our leadership to establish our design function and actively shape our foundational brand voice and visual identity.
• Handle all aspects of production design, ranging from complex branding systems to everyday marketing materials.
• Provide artistic direction and mentorship to contractors and external partners while ensuring all creative output remains consistent and high-quality.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 8 years of experience in design or art direction, ideally within technical or product-driven environments. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the web3 space and can translate complex, technical concepts into simple and beautiful visual stories. You should be highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects or WordPress is considered a significant advantage. Because we operate as a distributed team, you must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects at once, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Please be prepared to share a portfolio that highlights your experience with brand systems and design guidelines.
