About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this mid-level role, you will focus on the customer experience by creating high-impact visual assets that strengthen our relationships with clients. You will be responsible for designing materials that foster loyalty, improve retention, and elevate our brand presence across various digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client-focused assets, including case studies, success stories, loyalty program materials, onboarding kits, and social media graphics to drive engagement.
- Partner with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to produce benchmark studies, performance reports, and educational resources that highlight ROI for our users.
- Manage the end-to-end design process for event visuals, webinars, and community engagement collateral while ensuring all output remains consistent with our brand identity.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional design experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong experience using Figma for collaborative workflows and a working knowledge of video editing tools.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create customer-centric designs, such as reports, case studies, and event materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to own projects from initial concept to final execution.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
