About You

You are a creative designer who thrives on building relationships through impactful, customer-focused design. You understand that great design can strengthen client engagement, foster loyalty, and turn customers into raving fans. You’re passionate about creating assets that elevate the customer experience and deliver measurable business impact, such as increasing retention and engagement.

You excel at managing multiple projects, from designing digital and print assets to collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

About The Role

The Brand Designer (CX Focused) will play a critical role in strengthening RepeatMD’s relationships with its clients. You’ll create high-impact designs that enhance the customer experience, increase retention, and build customer loyalty.

This role involves designing assets that resonate with RepeatMD’s client base, such as benchmark studies, case studies, loyalty program materials, event visuals, and in-app design elements. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams to bring these initiatives to life, ensuring every design reflects RepeatMD’s brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Design to Enhance Customer Relationships

  • Create assets that strengthen client relationships and loyalty, such as:
    • Client Spotlight Materials: Case studies, testimonials, and success stories highlighting key customer achievements.
    • Loyalty Program Collateral: Design materials for the MedCommerce Milestone Awards, including certificates, plaques, and celebration kits.
    • Onboarding Materials: Welcome kits, in-app graphics, and guides to support new client adoption.
    • Client-Focused Campaigns: Design emails, infographics, and landing pages tailored to existing customers.
    • Website Marketing Enhancements: Create and implement banners, lead capture pop-ups, and promotional updates on client websites to boost app sign-ups and improve patient accessibility.
    • Social Media Campaign Assets: Design seasonal and promotional graphics for clients to share on social media, supporting eCommerce promos, product launches, and client campaigns.

Support Retention Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the CX team to create materials that improve client retention, such as:
    • Benchmark studies showcasing industry trends and best practices.
    • Monthly newsletter or performance reports that highlight ROI and customer success.
    • Engagement-driven content, including surveys, toolkits, and resource hubs.

Event & Community Engagement

  • Design visuals for client-facing events, such as webinars, regional dinners, and trade shows.
  • Create marketing collateral that fosters community engagement, including branded swag and event follow-up materials.

Ownership & Collaboration

  • Own the end-to-end design process for CX-focused projects, ensuring assets meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the CX team, Head of Marketing, and other stakeholders to align designs with retention and engagement goals.
  • Partner with the video editor and content manager to ensure cohesive storytelling and design across all channels.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows.
    • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing CX-focused designs, including case studies, reports, and event collateral.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to create designs that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly CX or customer success.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring assets are polished, error-free, and on-brand.
