The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team as our second design hire. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role where you will work closely with our Head of Design to build our design function from the ground up. You will be a key individual contributor, helping to define our visual identity while managing a wide range of projects. Whether you are crafting brand systems or collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute creative strategies, your work will directly influence how our community perceives the Starknet ecosystem.
A day in the life
- You will partner with our Head of Design to establish our design standards, ensuring that all visual output remains consistent, scalable, and high-quality across every platform.
- You will lead the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ranging from foundational brand work and marketing materials to web and motion design assets.
- You will provide artistic direction and mentorship to contractors and external partners, ensuring that every piece of creative work aligns with our core mission and visual principles.
Who you are
You are a creative professional with at least 8 years of experience in art direction or design, specifically within technical or product-focused environments. You have a deep interest in the web3 space and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build robust design systems. You are highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. If you have experience with After Effects or WordPress, that is a significant advantage for us. You are a clear communicator who can take complex, technical concepts and translate them into simple, beautiful visual stories. You thrive in fast-paced, remote environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from the initial concept to the final delivery.
