About the Role
We are searching for a Brand Design Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role where you will take ownership of our brand design function from start to finish. You will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to develop a world-class brand identity that resonates with both B2B and consumer audiences. This position offers high visibility and the chance to craft original, imaginative work that defines our visual presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of our brand identity, voice, and tone to ensure we resonate with new audiences and sectors as we grow.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to build captivating stories and experiences that support our core business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end design process for marketing website redesigns, sales collateral, and high-impact campaigns while utilizing your expertise in illustration and presentation design.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in visual and marketing design.
- A degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
- Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and illustration.
- Proven success in creating marketing assets like landing pages, emails, and social media campaigns that drive meaningful results.
- A highly motivated, independent mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit when working with stakeholders.

This position is available to candidates anywhere, with a hybrid work model supported.
Compensation and Benefits
