Truework is on a mission to build trust in financial transactions by helping businesses and consumers regain control over their sensitive information. We are disrupting a massive industry by automating income and employment verifications, and we are looking for a Brand Design Lead to help us define our visual identity and share our story with the world.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand design function from start to finish, working independently to drive our visual strategy.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to build captivating experiences that support our business goals.
- Lead the redesign of our marketing website and create high-impact sales and marketing collateral.
- Evolve our brand identity, voice, and tone to ensure we resonate with new audiences and sectors.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance the overall impact of our design team.
- Work across multiple mediums, including illustration, presentation design, and website systems, to boost brand engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine our creative vision.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing and visual design.
- A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a refined aesthetic eye.
- Deep expertise in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, photography, and illustration.
- Proven ability to create marketing assets that drive conversions, such as landing pages, social media campaigns, and presentations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this role is $149,000 to $181,000 USD.
