Role & Responsibilities: As a key member of our creative team, you will execute brand-aligned visuals and marketing collateral across multiple brands and platforms. This role requires a strong design capability, attention to brand consistency, and an ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Interpret various types of content and leverage strong visual storytelling to transform core ideas into engaging, high-impact designs.Work seamlessly across multiple brands, understand their distinct visual identities, and executeon creative requests that align with their guidelines.Develop high-quality marketing collateral that align with brand standards (e.g., infographics, presentations, email templates, pitch decks, and landing pages).Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate ideas into compelling visual content.Create and manage digital assets for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.Maintain and audit the website for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Apply basic UX principles to improve the functionality and design of internal platforms, emails, websites, and other visual content.Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.Assist with maintaining digital tools, reporting, and administrative tasks.Skills, Abilities & Qualifications
Experience in marketing, communications, or designStrong writing, communication, and project management skillsCreative mindset with a keen eye for designAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)Familiarity with digital content creation tools, UX principles, and web platforms is a plusNote: this position requires a hybrid work schedule with three days per week in-person at our Philadelphia office.
