Key outcomes
- Translate complex content into high-impact visual storytelling that captures core ideas effectively.
- Execute creative requests across various brands while maintaining a deep understanding of their unique visual identities and guidelines.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, infographics, email templates, pitch decks, and landing pages.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform concepts into compelling visual assets.
- Manage and create digital assets for diverse platforms to ensure consistent brand impact.
- Conduct regular website audits to maintain accuracy, brand alignment, and visual consistency.
- Utilize fundamental UX principles to enhance the design and functionality of websites, emails, and internal platforms.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met successfully.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, reporting, and the maintenance of digital tools.
Requirements
- Professional experience in design, communications, or marketing.
- Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
- A creative mindset paired with a sharp eye for design detail.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with web platforms, digital content creation tools, and UX principles.
Compensation
We offer a hybrid work arrangement for this full-time position. Please note that this role requires you to work in-person at our Philadelphia office three days per week.
