We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our in-house creative agency at UNiDAYS. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers you the chance to produce vibrant, performance-driven work for our global brand and partners. As the world’s largest Student Affinity Network, we connect over 22 million members across 115 markets with 800 of the world’s biggest brands. While this role is open to remote work within the UK, you will occasionally travel to our London campus to connect with the team.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality creative concepts for our social media and CRM workstreams while supporting our broader member campaign roadmap.
- Ensure all creative output remains consistent and aligned with our brand standards and current design trends.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and copywriters to translate client briefs into impactful visual solutions across both print and digital platforms.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in visual communication and the ability to effectively translate ideas into both print and digital designs.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude toward learning new systems like HTML email coding, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A keen interest in emerging design trends and a solid understanding of how to engage Gen Z audiences.
