We are currently seeking a versatile Marketing Associate to join our nimble, entrepreneurial team in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our team to design and carry out marketing campaigns that support our core business goals.
- Work alongside the Director of Communications to produce content for our website, newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate the logistics, promotion, and follow-up for our webinars, events, and trade shows.
- Oversee our digital presence and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and paid advertising.
- Drive brand engagement by managing our social media strategy and day-to-day activity across multiple platforms.
- Support marketing efforts for our coworking and event space, TeamWorking by TechNexus.
- Maintain our CRM database, manage automation workflows, and use tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable performance reports.
- Perform market research to track trends and competitor activity to inform our strategic decisions.
- Create diverse branded content, including written, visual, and multimedia assets.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure our marketing initiatives stay on track.
- Prepare presentations and documentation to assist our business development team.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on SEO, data analytics, paid media, or content marketing.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing, public relations, and social media management.
- Technical proficiency with essential marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
