We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of marketing skills and experience, capable of handling various aspects of marketing strategy and execution. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. TechNexus has a small nimble team and entrepreneurial roll-up-your-sleeves culture, thus being a self-starter that thrives in an independent yet collaborative work environment with a “can-do” attitude is a must. This is an individual contributor role. Below is a non-exhaustive list of key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications and various departments to create and manage content for various channels, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the planning and executing of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and advertising. 
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the social media platforms and digital presence, ensuring relevant content, design, copy and brand consistency.
  • Execute marketing elements such as email marketing, social media, design materials and other marketing activities for the associated coworking and event space, TeamWorking by TechNexus.
  • Manage the CRM database with list building, workflows, and other automation as well as assist with data enrichment projects. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and Hubspot and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights for strategic decisions.
  • Participate in creating varying forms of branded content - written, video/audio, visual content and support additional content marketing efforts through publication and execution across multiple channels.
  • Manage relationships with external support partners (e.g. copywriters, agencies) to drive marketing activities.
  • Develop slides, documents, and materials in support of business development initiatives.


  • Education, Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; 5 years of relevant experience will be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis in SEO, data analytics, paid media, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media management,  public relations, or paid media.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
