The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Vancouver. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be a key player in shaping our visual identity. You will work closely with our team to produce designs that align with our brand standards, ensuring that our message resonates clearly with our audience. This is a chance to grow your career while helping us strengthen our brand assets and maintain visual consistency across every channel we touch.

A day in the life

• You will partner with senior designers and other team members to manage project workflows and ensure we hit our deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• You will play an active role in implementing our brand standards, helping to refine our style guides and ensuring that every asset we produce feels cohesive and intentional.
• You will create a wide range of graphic assets for both digital and print platforms, including social media, web projects, event materials, and professional presentations.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in the design industry. You have a sharp eye for detail and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your technical skills and aesthetic range. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Expertise in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A strategic mindset when it comes to brand identity, with the ability to adapt to new design trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate your design concepts clearly to your colleagues.
