LayerZero is building the future of the omnichain ecosystem. Since our founding in 2021, we have focused on empowering developers to create decentralized applications that transcend the limitations of individual blockchains. Backed by industry leaders like a16z, Sequoia, and Coinbase Ventures, we are now looking for a talented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior designers to manage project timelines and ensure we meet our delivery goals.
- Help implement our brand standards to keep our identity strong and recognizable.
- Refine and develop our brand assets and style guides to ensure a consistent visual presence across all platforms.
- Create compelling graphic assets for print and digital channels, including social media, web, event materials, and presentations.
Must-haves
- Two to three years of professional experience using industry-standard tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your technical skills, creativity, and range of design work.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with your team.
- A strategic mindset for applying brand guidelines to maintain visual cohesion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to clearly explain design concepts and work well with cross-functional partners.
- The flexibility to adapt to new design trends and techniques as they emerge.
