We are looking for a talented Associate Creative Director to join our team and help us shape the future of this pioneering industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a Copywriter to build innovative concepts across diverse channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, television, and out-of-home advertising.
Lead the art direction and design process to ensure every visual asset is both beautiful and effective.
Transform complex scientific concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals for our customers.
Drive brand growth by applying your creative expertise to everything from large-scale awareness campaigns to direct-response advertisements.

Must-haves

At least 8 years of professional experience within a top-tier ad agency or a best-in-class internal creative team.
A robust portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of conceptual design and high-level art direction.
A genuine interest in brain science and the ability to translate technical information into compelling creative work.
Fluency in English.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on your experience and location.
