What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior APAC Supply Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Tokyo and operates under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for identifying and executing marketing initiatives across the APAC and Middle East regions, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia. As a senior individual contributor, you will adapt our global strategy to fit regional needs while managing key relationships with the world's leading tour and attraction providers.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply marketing strategy for the APAC region, focusing on securing partnerships with top-tier attractions.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders across our Sales, Supply, and Marketing departments.
- Pitch, negotiate, and launch collaborative marketing initiatives that create win-win solutions for our company and our partners, using your storytelling and sales expertise to drive results.

You are a proactive and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management, with a proven history of hitting targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with mid to large-sized partners.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and maintain a long-term perspective.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in an Asian language being a significant advantage.
- A strong understanding of the Asian travel landscape, ideally backed by previous experience in the region.
- A growth mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team.
