The Arbitrum Foundation is currently looking for a Senior AI Vertical Growth Marketer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. We are the organization behind Arbitrum One, a leading Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum that supports hundreds of decentralized applications and manages over $13 billion in total value locked. Our mission is to advance the Ethereum ecosystem by providing high-performance, open-source blockchain infrastructure that makes transactions faster and more affordable. We are deeply committed to innovation, decentralization, and community, and we are searching for a talented individual to help us establish Arbitrum as the premier destination for AI-powered Web3 projects.

Responsibilities

Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives that position our platform as the top choice for developers and users within the AI decentralized application space.
Produce engaging, high-quality educational content and narratives that clearly communicate the technical advantages of building AI solutions on our infrastructure.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine our marketing approach, while proactively building partnerships with key AI projects, research institutions, and media outlets.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in product, growth, or digital marketing, with a requirement to provide a case study and presentation during the interview process.
A solid grasp of AI concepts, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships with developers and work effectively across different global time zones.
An entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to operate autonomously while remaining proactive in your collaboration with cross-functional teams.
