The role
We’re looking for a UK-based, creative and technically minded AI Technical Content Writer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality content that bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and accessible storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, AI researchers, and marketing stakeholders to craft content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement with our technical audience.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content marketing, or journalism with a focus on AI, machine learning, or developer tools
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of technical content in AI
- Ability to synthesize complex concepts and present them clearly to technical audiences
- A strong understanding of LLMs and the broader AI landscape, including knowledge of key industry players, emerging technologies, and market trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies and benchmarking
- Understanding of synthetic data generation techniques and applications and its use in model training, evaluation and alignment
- A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and research in AI/ML
- Excellent command of English
- Experience working in a cross-functional marketing team

- Published research or contributions to AI/ML projects
- Established voice in the AI research community through your work
- Experience with SEO, CMS platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with AI research and automation tools in your content workflow
What you’ll be doing in the role
- Research, write, and edit high-impact content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, technical guides, and product explainers centered on AI and machine learning
- Collaborate with science, product, and marketing teams to deeply understand our offerings and translate technical capabilities into clear and compelling narratives
- Develop content strategies that align with business goals and SEO best practices to increase reach and engagement
- Interview internal experts and customers to generate authentic, thought-leadership-driven content
- Support team members by checking their work for technical accuracy, suggesting improvements and ensuring we are speaking to our ICPs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines
