Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior AI Marketing Strategy Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. This is a full-time position available on a remote basis, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, bridging the gap between advanced AI capabilities and our strategic business goals.

Your impact

• Define and execute our AI marketing roadmap, identifying key opportunities to leverage automation, predictive targeting, and personalization to drive measurable business growth.
• Serve as the primary internal thought leader, establishing governance frameworks that ensure our AI usage is ethical, brand-safe, and secure.
• Collaborate across departments, including Digital Marketing, IT, and Analytics, to translate complex technical concepts into scalable, high-impact operational solutions.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or digital innovation, with a specific focus on AI and MarTech for the last 2 to 3 years.
• Deep expertise in generative and predictive AI, combined with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English.
