What you bring

We are seeking a Senior AI Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. In this remote role, you will act as the bridge between AI potential and operational reality by designing autonomous agentic workflows. You will be responsible for transforming our marketing pipelines into intelligent, self-optimizing systems that drive engagement and growth. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Architecting and deploying multi-agent systems to automate complex marketing processes like dynamic content creation and personalized email sequencing.
• Building and managing agent-driven email frameworks that autonomously handle segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization based on real-time data.
• Developing AI-powered content pipelines that adapt core strategic assets into multiple formats while strictly adhering to our brand guidelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong builder mindset and is comfortable mapping intricate human processes into logical, automated sequences. You should have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems, along with a proven track record of shipping automations that deliver measurable results. Technical proficiency with AI orchestration tools like n8n, LangChain, or Make.com is essential, as is a deep understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. You must be a systems thinker who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and you should be fluent in English to collaborate effectively within our global team.
