About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Growth Engineer for a full-time, remote position. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community building, and engineering. You will act as an influencer and educator, producing technical content that resonates with developers and practitioners while showcasing how our platform helps solve real-world AI challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce thought-provoking technical content daily for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit to increase visibility for our products.
• Conduct research projects that involve writing code, testing models, and distilling complex AI papers into digestible insights for the community.
• Develop AI applications, cookbooks, and video snippets that demonstrate the utility of our product lines and help drive awareness and usage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Developer Advocate, Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the LLM development stack, including orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and evaluation libraries.
• A strong presence in technical communities and a data-driven approach to creating content that earns the trust of AI practitioners.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starting attitude toward mastering new technical concepts.
• A willingness to attend evening events in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Location

This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. While we operate as a remote-first company, we maintain physical offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area for those who prefer an in-person environment. For team members working remotely, we provide a monthly stipend to cover co-working space expenses.

Compensation and Benefits
