We are now seeking a Senior Affiliate Specialist to join our remote team and support the continued expansion of our affiliate program.
Key outcomes
- Manage day-to-day affiliate account activities, including registration, maintenance, and ongoing partner communication.
- Strengthen existing affiliate relationships while identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
- Track affiliate offers and review basic campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collect and maintain accurate performance statistics that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct straightforward market and competitor research to support informed planning.
- Assist the broader affiliate team with routine tasks and partner relations to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
- 0.5–1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- B2 level of English; an additional language is considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing structures and commission models such as CPA, CPL, and RS.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with partners and affiliates.
- Attention to detail and a demonstrated willingness to learn.
