The role
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Business Development professional to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who is ready to take ownership of our affiliate strategy while working in a dynamic, global environment.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners while actively acquiring new partners to scale our affiliate program.
- Analyze campaign performance data to ensure our affiliates consistently deliver the best possible return on investment.
- Manage the entire affiliate budget, including the oversight of commission structures and overall spending to ensure campaign integrity and quality.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development management, paired with a high level of emotional intelligence and a strong sense of ownership.
- A genuine passion for the startup environment and a deep understanding of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and culture.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- The flexibility to adapt your schedule to engage with community leaders and KOLs across different time zones.
