Key outcomes
- Lead all marketing initiatives with a direct, hands-on approach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners while actively acquiring new ones to expand our affiliate program.
- Conduct thorough campaign analysis to ensure our affiliates consistently deliver the highest possible return on investment.
- Take full responsibility for the affiliate budget, including the oversight of commission structures and overall spending.
- Monitor all affiliate campaigns to ensure they maintain our high standards and operational integrity.
- Drive integrated campaigns from the initial strategy and brief through to execution and performance measurement.
- Continuously innovate by developing new content, exploring new channels, and testing creative ideas to optimize growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business development management, paired with a strong sense of ownership and high emotional intelligence.
- A genuine passion for working within a dynamic start-up environment.
- A solid understanding of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and the broader crypto culture.
- The flexibility to adapt your schedule to engage effectively with community members and key opinion leaders.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
