Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Business Development professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere, offering you the flexibility to contribute to our global mission from your own environment.
Your impact
- Take a hands-on approach to all marketing initiatives while building and nurturing relationships with existing affiliate partners and scouting new ones to expand our reach.
- Analyze campaign performance data to maximize return on investment and oversee the affiliate budget, including commission structures and overall spend.
- Drive growth through the creation of fresh content and the experimentation with new channels, creatives, and optimization strategies to ensure our campaigns meet the highest standards.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in business development management, paired with a high level of emotional intelligence and a strong sense of ownership.
- A deep interest in cryptocurrency culture, including a solid grasp of industry-specific terminology and current market trends.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, allowing you to communicate effectively across our diverse global network.
