Key outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with law firms within your assigned territory to generate a consistent stream of high-quality leads.
- Plan and execute your daily and weekly schedule, including coordinating meetings with new firms and conducting regular follow-up communications.
- Actively manage both prospective and active accounts to ensure effective lead handling and partnership growth.
- Represent our firm by meeting with law firms in person on a daily basis to present our value proposition and educate partners on our service areas.
- Monitor and record key performance metrics throughout the sales cycle to ensure financial goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine your outreach strategy.
- Participate in all relevant sales meetings, internal training seminars, and industry events.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, with a preference for candidates with a background in legal sales.
- If you are based in Florida, you must hold a valid license to practice law.
- You must be located within one hour of Birmingham to effectively manage your territory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize financial data to drive informed decision-making.
- A charismatic, professional, and self-motivated personality that allows you to take initiative and represent our firm with class.
