You will join a team that is redefining the future of commercial air travel by building the world’s fastest supersonic passenger jet. As the 3D Visualization Lead, you will shape how our designs are seen and understood by turning complex engineering data into clear, compelling visuals that support marketing, brand storytelling, and product development.
What you'll be doing
- Produce photorealistic images, animations, and videos that clearly communicate product features to both internal teams and external audiences.
- Lead the creation and ongoing updates of real-time cabin visualizations in Unreal Engine, incorporating new geometry and material changes as designs evolve.
- Generate quick concept visuals such as sketch renderings and Photoshop studies to help the design team explore and communicate ideas rapidly.
What you'll bring
You bring at least eight years of relevant design experience, ideally within automotive or aerospace environments, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent training. Your portfolio demonstrates strong technical skill in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation, as well as a refined aesthetic sensibility. You are comfortable working independently, managing your own time, and delivering high-quality work without close supervision. You communicate clearly in verbal, written, and visual formats and can explain the business value behind design decisions. Experience producing video and motion graphics is essential, and you are able to describe complex hardware and software concepts in accessible, memorable ways. You adapt quickly to fast-changing priorities and build flexibility into your process. Additional experience in UX/UI design, hardware prototyping, brand or graphic design, or prior work in a high-growth startup or aerospace setting is valued.
Fluency in English is required for this role.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 per year. In addition to competitive pay, you will receive equity compensation, paid time off, and flexible hours.
