What is this role?

We are looking for a Working Student in Demand Generation to join our team in Germany. This is a hybrid internship opportunity designed for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in our global marketing efforts, helping us scale our campaigns and improve our overall performance.

What will you do?

• You will manage the implementation of demand generation campaigns within our CRM system, which involves setting up emails, landing pages, and social media content.
• You will create engaging short-form content, such as infographics, to support our ongoing marketing initiatives.
• You will take charge of SEO optimizations for our websites and track our success by creating and maintaining reports on key performance metrics.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a degree program related to economics, marketing, or business. We value a hands-on mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work. Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in marketing or digital marketing, and you are comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, Monday, or Salesforce. Because we operate globally, you must be confident communicating in both English and German.
