As a Working Student in Demand Generation (f/m/d), you will actively support the implementation of our global marketing campaigns and reporting processes. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality marketing execution while increasing campaign frequency, supporting global marketing initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across demand generation activities.

Your Mission

Implementation of demand generation campaigns in our CRM system, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts

Creation of infographics and other short-form content to support demand generation campaigns

Execution of SEO optimizations across our websites

Creation and maintenance of reporting on key performance metrics

Preparation of slides and summaries for internal stakeholders

Your Skills

Currently studying economics, marketing, business, or a related field

Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing is a plus

Ideally, first experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Monday, or Salesforce

Comfortable working in an office environment

Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset

Confident in working in English and German
