We pride ourselves on creating moments that touch, inspire, and surprise our guests through meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Marketing and Communication team to ensure our digital presence is just as captivating as our live performances.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Website & Performance Marketeer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital channels, acting as the bridge between data, technology, and content. You will be responsible for the technical and functional health of our website and the effectiveness of our online campaigns, ensuring that every digital interaction contributes to a seamless customer journey and successful ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our CMS to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and conversion goals.
• Design and optimize high-performing landing pages and digital funnels to drive engagement.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including SEA and social media, while managing external agencies and tracking key performance indicators.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• An HBO or WO level of education with 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in website management, performance marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• A data-driven mindset combined with a strong creative eye for brand experience.
• Demonstrable skills in SEO, CRO, and UX design.
• The ability to work independently while actively collaborating with colleagues in ticketing, programming, and data analysis.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands and requires an on-site presence.
