The opportunity

We are seeking a Website Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day health and performance of our web properties. You will serve as the bridge between our design, product marketing, and development teams, ensuring that every page we publish is not only beautiful but also highly functional and optimized for conversion. This is a full-time, remote role that offers the chance to shape our web strategy while working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website updates, from translating design concepts into clear build requirements for our developers to staging new pages within our CMS.
• You will lead our testing and personalization initiatives, using data to refine user journeys and improve our conversion rates across the site.
• You will perform regular audits to ensure our site remains secure, compliant with industry standards, and perfectly aligned with our evolving brand identity.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience managing websites, ideally within the B2B or SaaS space. You have a sharp eye for detail and a deep technical understanding of how to build and maintain high-performing sites. You are fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, specifically with the blocks editor.
• Proven experience in SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and translate those insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience with testing and personalization tools, such as Mutiny.
