We are looking for a Website Marketing Manager to join us on a contractor basis in a hybrid capacity. At Cohere, our mission is to scale intelligence to serve humanity by training and deploying frontier models that power AI systems for developers and enterprises. Our team of researchers, engineers, and designers works at the forefront of AI, and we are seeking a motivated professional who can optimize our website and strengthen our online presence while collaborating across Design, Development, and Content teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage website content by publishing, auditing, and continuously optimizing pages to keep information accurate and engaging.
- Analyze website performance and user experience, then run user research, form data-driven hypotheses, and launch A/B tests and larger initiatives to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure the site reflects our brand identity, supports active marketing campaigns, and maintains strong SEO performance through coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience managing a B2B or B2B2C website with a focus on digital acquisition and the customer journey.
- Five or more years of hands-on global SEO work, including demonstrable knowledge of localization best practices.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Fullstory, plus solid familiarity with Google Search Console and the ability to translate findings for marketing and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with a quantitative component or in marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, combined with a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to brand consistency.
- A scrappy, startup mindset that values moving quickly, iterating rapidly, and driving measurable growth through experimentation.
