We are currently seeking a Website Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Key outcomes
- Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, improve page-level SEO, and ensure all copy remains current.
- Develop and publish new organic site pages and landing pages.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a consistent digital strategy and uphold website best practices.
- Assist in the execution of PPC campaigns while performing ongoing SEO optimization.
- Refine our email automation efforts, audience segmentation, and A/B testing protocols.
- Establish clear processes for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and communicate a digital marketing roadmap that aligns with the goals of our business stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve our existing technology stack through automation.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of professional marketing experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics.
- Maintain working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM software, and general website technologies.
- Show proficiency in digital advertising, including PPC, retargeting, and geo-targeting strategies.
- Bring experience in graphic design or art direction.
- Exhibit a demand-generation mindset with a focus on ROI and current marketing trends.
- Maintain the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds in an office environment.
- Communicate effectively in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience working with WordPress, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and meet strict deadlines.
- A detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated approach to teamwork.
