We are looking for a dedicated Web3 Product Manager to join this program and help shape the future of our wallet products.
Key outcomes
- Support the product team in researching, designing, and iterating on features for our Web3 wallet and on-chain trading tools.
- Perform detailed research on the on-chain ecosystem to develop innovative solutions that address user behaviors and market dynamics.
- Utilize on-chain data and user feedback to enhance the security, performance, and overall interaction of our wallet products.
- Work alongside our design, development, and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and launch of new features.
- Track emerging trends within the Web3 space to identify growth opportunities and potential product hotspots.
- Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents, user stories, and flowcharts to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a university program, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical experience interacting with on-chain ecosystems, such as EVM, Solana, or MoveVM.
- Active, hands-on experience using Web3 wallets and participating in on-chain trading.
- A high capacity for learning and the ability to adapt quickly to new product models and technical concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team setting.
- Full professional fluency in English to effectively coordinate with global stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- A solid understanding of core blockchain technologies, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and account structures.
- Previous experience working with Web3 products through internships or other roles.
- A passion for sharing industry insights and thought leadership on public platforms like X.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze industry trends, evidenced by published research reports or articles.
