Your impact
- Take full ownership of client project delivery to ensure every milestone is met on time and within scope.
- Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of strategic accounts, including resource allocation, document management, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate internal teams by setting clear deadlines, maintaining project management software, and facilitating seamless communication across client channels.
What you'll need

- At least 2 years of professional experience in client services operations within a marketing agency setting.
