We are searching for a visionary leader to join Token Metrics as our Head of Marketing and Communications. Our company empowers crypto investors across more than 50 countries by providing AI-driven indices, rankings, and price predictions to help them build profitable portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish Token Metrics as a leader in the crypto analytics sector.
- Manage product marketing campaigns for new launches by using data-driven growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition.
- Oversee all public relations and corporate communications to position our brand as a primary voice in the blockchain industry.
- Refine our brand identity and narrative to ensure it resonates with the global crypto community.
- Lead community engagement efforts on key platforms to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Direct our content strategy across channels like YouTube and Twitter to educate and engage our audience.
- Collaborate with our product, engineering, and sales departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and accountability.
Must-haves
- Deep expertise in the crypto or blockchain sector with a history of successful brand visibility and growth.
- At least 7 years of total marketing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within fintech, crypto, or technology.
- Proven success in launching crypto or SaaS products using creative growth strategies.
- Strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage active online communities.
- Experience overseeing content development, specifically for video and social media platforms.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in marketing or blockchain technology.
